Workshop: Editing Your Zoom Recordings for Smaller, Asynchronous, Focused Videos

Do you record your synchronous Zoom sessions and want to capture a smaller section of the recording to share with your students asynchronously each quarter? Perhaps you would like to just focus on the most important part of your “live” lecture that was recorded. In this workshop, you will learn how take a Zoom recording, import it into Screencast-O-Matic, edit it to take out the unnecessary sections and produce a more reasonable length, and upload it to YouTube for asynchronous use in future classes.

(Note: No previous knowledge of Screencast-O-Matic necessary)
