Workshop: Using Google Forms for Quizzes in Zoom

In this workshop, we’ll take a look at using Google Forms to give your students quizzes on the fly while teaching synchronously in Zoom. Easily set up quizzes in Google ahead of time, provide the link to your students in the Zoom chat for individual responses, or have them participate as a group in Breakout Rooms and discuss altogether in class afterward. The quiz is instantly, automatically graded with scores revealed to the individual. You can either set up the Google quiz to provide feedback upon review or simply discuss the answers “live” as a class and not record the grades. If you wish to record the scores, you can collect the individual scores in a Google spreadsheet and manually place the students’ grades in the Canvas Gradebook.
