Book Circle Registration -- Spring 2022

Book circles are open to all Cal Poly educators (all lecturers, tenure-line faculty and staff with an educational assignment). Participants receive a complimentary copy of the selected book with the expectation that you will prepare (read and reflect) and engage in at least three (or more) discussion sessions.

Set dates (or proposed options for meeting times/dates) are provided so that you know when signing up if your schedule will allow participation. Registration (and a copy of a book) is for those who do not have schedule conflicts and are able to meet at all (or most) of the proposed times. Each book circle will meet three or four times (usually one week apart) via Zoom.

Please register only for those books for which you are committed to full participation.
Please indicate which format you prefer. CTLT will distribute printed versions, and we can reimburse the cost of purchases of eBooks or audio books with receipt. Contact Christina Diaz in CTLT (cdiaz46@calpoly.edu) for reimbursement details. (NOTE: "Grading for Equity is available free online through Kennedy Library and printed copies will not be distributed -- see main page for link.)
Copies of "Burnout" can be delivered to your department via intercampus mail. If you are not going to be on campus at all next quarter, please provide the mailing address where you want the book to be delivered (home address is acceptable). (NOTE: "Grading for Equity" is available free online through Kennedy Library and printed copies will not be distributed -- see main page for link.)
