This is the application form for the Early Career Faculty Cohort of the Effective Teaching Program set to run during AY2023-24. The application form includes items that are specific to the purpose for the Early Career Faculty Cohort, which will be considered when finalizing the selection process.

This program is an extraordinary opportunity to enhance faculty capacity to strengthen student success at Cal Poly. Selection of participants will be guided by the principle of seeking to generate the most long-term benefits for faculty participants and Cal Poly students consistent with campus priorities for curriculum improvements and student success. Applicants' head/chair will be asked for a brief statement of support.
