CTLT Faculty Fellow Opportunities
The CTLT is launching a new Faculty Fellows initiative offering opportunities for leadership experience supporting faculty success in three high-priority strategic areas. Three Faculty Fellows will collaborate with CTLT leadership developing resources and professional development programming to support faculty success in three distinct area of focus.
All Faculty Fellows will have responsibilities that include engaging with faculty across disciplines and across career path timelines, collaborating with key CTLT campus partners, and consulting with the CTLT Advisory Board. Faculty Fellow for Inclusive and Culturally Responsive Pedagogy
A key priority of the CTLT is to support inclusive, adaptive, and culturally responsive teaching and learning environments that contribute to universal student success. The individual in this position, in alignment with the CSU Student Success Framework, will collaborate with CTLT leadership in developing resources and professional development programming to support faculty in creating learning environments where every student has the necessary academic resources and support to excel. They will engage with faculty across disciplines, collaborate with key CTLT campus partners, and consult with the CTLT Advisory Board to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the design and implementation process.

Faculty Fellow for Innovative Teaching for Student Success
A key priority of the CTLT is to promote innovative teaching that fosters universal student success and creates dynamic, interactive, and equitable learning environments. To advance this priority in alignment with the CSU Student Success Framework, the CTLT seeks a faculty partner to collaborate on developing resources and professional development programs that equip faculty with next-generation teaching strategies and transformative practices. These might include experiential learning, peer and collaborative teaching, project-based learning, microlearning, and the integration of interactive technologies such as generative AI and gamification tools for engaging discussions and activities. Together, these approaches empower students to take ownership of their learning and thrive in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.

Faculty Fellow for Career Development and Professional Success
A key priority of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT) is to support faculty success in alignment with the Teacher-Scholar Model. The individual in this position will provide strategic guidance informed by extensive institutional knowledge, including explicit attention to ethical leadership, navigating institutional culture, and balancing teaching, scholarship, and service over a career arc. They will be a source of perspectives on sustaining a meaningful, impactful, and balanced academic career across teaching, scholarship, and service.
The Faculty Fellow will collaborate with CTLT leadership in developing resources and professional development programming to support faculty success in research, scholarship, and creative activities (RSCA) and/or for career development. They will engage with faculty across disciplines and across career path timelines, collaborate with key CTLT campus partners, and consult with the CTLT Advisory Board to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the design and implementation process.
