CTLT/CSU Training Opportunities for Teaching Online

Sorry, this presentation is now full - check back in Fall for more opportunities!

Teaching online has given many faculty wonderful opportunities to engage students in new ways and expand their teaching strategies repertoire. The CSU has training opportunities for faculty to continue to build their knowledge of online course delivery, gain insight into course approval pathways, and enhance their skills to receive certification as online course reviewers for campuses statewide. (Certified Reviewers receive stipends.)

Faculty are encouraged to come to one of our informational lunch meetings in the Cal Poly library to discover available opportunities through the CTLT and the CSU’s Online Course Services training program.

Three identical lunch meetings will be offered in room 209 in the Kennedy Library before the end of this academic year. These workshops are in-person with a boxed lunch provided, and options to join remotely will also be made available:

  • March 11, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • April 22, 12 pm - 1pm
  • May 20, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

We are offering these informational workshops in-person with a boxed lunch, or an option to join in remotely. Please RSVP and let us know your preference! Zoom links will be provided to all who sign up regardless of preference, in case plans change.
